Cancellation Policy

1. Reservation Deposit

A reservation deposit is required to secure your booking.

Deposit amounts vary by bike category and are deducted from the total rental cost.

The remaining balance (if any) is payable at pickup.

2. Free Cancellation Window

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled pickup time receive:

→ Full refund of any amount paid.

3. Late Cancellation (Within 72 Hours)

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled pickup time:

→ Reservation deposit is non-refundable.

→ Any remaining balance paid (if applicable) will be refunded.

At our discretion, the reservation deposit may be converted into a one-time reschedule credit valid for 6 months.

4. Same-Day Cancellation (Within 24 Hours)

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time:

→ 100% of the reservation deposit is forfeited.

→ Any additional payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded.

5. No-Show Policy

If the renter does not appear within 2 hours of the scheduled pickup time and no communication is received:

→ The reservation is considered canceled.

→ The reservation deposit is non-refundable.

6. Weather & Safety Clause

In cases of severe weather warnings, government travel restrictions, or safety concerns that prevent safe riding:

→ Free reschedule within 6 months, or

→ Refund available upon request.

If Always Good must cancel a booking due to mechanical or operational issues, a full refund will be issued.

7. Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

Actual processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

We understand that plans change. Early communication ensures flexibility and allows us to serve all riders fairly.
