In cases where an official government weather advisory is issued that makes riding unsafe, bookings may be rescheduled.

If your rental cannot proceed due to an official weather advisory:

  • You may reschedule your booking within 6 months from your original rental date.

You are responsible for the motorcycle during the rental period.

If damage occurs:

  • Repair costs may be deducted from the security deposit.
  • If repair costs exceed the deposit, the renter remains responsible for the difference.

If you selected the Damage Waiver, your financial responsibility may be limited based on the motorcycle category, unless the waiver is voided due to serious violation or negligence.

If the motorcycle becomes unsafe due to damage during the rental period:

  • The rental may end immediately for safety reasons.
  • A replacement motorcycle may be offered subject to availability.
  • Additional charges may apply depending on the situation and damage responsibility.

Refunds for unused rental days are not guaranteed and will depend on the circumstances, including waiver selection and damage responsibility.

Damage assessments and safety decisions are handled fairly and based on actual repair requirements.

The renter is fully responsible for any traffic violations, fines, or penalties incurred during the rental period.

Any unpaid violations may be deducted from the security deposit.

The Damage Waiver is an optional add-on that limits your maximum financial responsibility in case of accidental damage.

If selected, your financial liability is capped based on the motorcycle category.

It reduces your maximum exposure. It does not eliminate responsibility.

Full details are outlined in the Rental Agreement.

The Damage Waiver becomes void in cases of serious violation or negligence, including:

• Riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs

• Racing, stunts, or illegal activities

• Intentional damage

• Theft resulting from negligence (e.g., keys left in the ignition or abandoned motorcycle)

If the waiver is voided, the renter is responsible for the full cost of damages.

In cases of legitimate robbery without negligence, liability will be assessed based on the situation and official report.

If theft occurs:

  • The incident must be reported immediately.
  • An official police report must be filed.

If theft results from negligence, the Damage Waiver becomes void.

If theft occurs due to legitimate robbery without negligence, liability will be assessed based on the situation and official documentation.
