Always Good Rentals
By placing a reservation with Always Good Rentals, you agree to the terms below.
We keep things clear so expectations are aligned and both sides are protected.
1. Reservation & Cancellation
All bookings require a reservation deposit to secure the selected motorcycle.
Reservation deposits:
- Vary by motorcycle category
- Are deducted from the total rental amount
The remaining balance (if any) is payable at pickup.
Cancellations, refunds, rescheduling, and no-show rules are governed by our official Cancellation Policy, available at:
By placing a reservation, the renter agrees to those terms.
2. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is required at pickup.
The security deposit amount:
- Depends on the motorcycle category
- Will be confirmed prior to release
The deposit may be used to cover:
- Unpaid charges
- Damages
- Traffic violations
- Towing or recovery costs
- Late return fees
- Loss of keys or documents
Deposits are returned after inspection, provided the motorcycle is returned in proper condition and no outstanding liabilities remain.
The renter remains responsible for the motorcycle until it is officially returned and accepted by Always Good Rentals.
3. Responsibility During Rental
The renter assumes full responsibility for the motorcycle during the rental period.
This includes:
- Physical damage
- Lost or broken parts
- Tire damage
- Mechanical damage caused by misuse
- Downtime caused by accident or negligence
If damage makes the motorcycle unsafe or unusable, the rental may end without refund for unused days.
4. Damage Waiver (Optional)
An optional Damage Waiver may be selected at booking.
If selected, the renter’s maximum financial responsibility for accidental damage is capped at:
- ₱5,000 for Scramblers
- ₱3,000 for Scooters
This cap applies to accidental damage occurring during normal riding conditions.
The Damage Waiver does not eliminate liability. It limits the renter’s maximum financial responsibility unless voided under Section 5.
Adventure riding includes risk. Accidental drops, slides, or low-speed crashes are considered part of riding.
5. When the Damage Waiver Becomes Void
The Damage Waiver becomes void in cases of serious violation or negligence, including:
• Riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Racing, stunts, or illegal activities
• Intentional damage
• Theft resulting from negligence (e.g., keys left in the ignition or abandoned motorcycle)
If the waiver is voided, the renter is responsible for the full cost of damages.
In cases of legitimate robbery without negligence, liability will be assessed based on the situation and official report.
6. Theft & Robbery
The Damage Waiver does not automatically cover theft.
If theft occurs due to legitimate robbery (with no negligence involved), the renter must:
- Report the incident immediately
- File an official police report
- Provide full cooperation
Failure to report theft promptly or evidence of negligence may void the waiver.
In cases of confirmed robbery without negligence, liability assessment will be determined based on investigation findings.
7. Traffic Violations & Fines
The renter is fully responsible for:
- Traffic violations
- Speeding tickets
- Toll charges
- Impound fees
- Government penalties
Any fines issued during the rental period are the renter’s responsibility.
8. Fuel Policy
Motorcycles must be returned with the same fuel level as received.
If returned with less fuel, the difference plus a refueling service fee may apply.
9. Late Returns
Motorcycles must be returned at the agreed time.
Late returns may result in additional charges equivalent to the daily rental rate or a prorated portion, at the discretion of Always Good Rentals.
If you anticipate delay, contact us as early as possible.
10. Accidents & Mechanical Issues
In case of accident, damage, or mechanical issue, contact Always Good Rentals immediately before taking further action.
Failure to report incidents promptly may affect deposit return and liability assessment.
11. Eligibility & Identification
A valid government-issued ID is required at pickup.
International riders may be required to present an International Driving Permit together with their home license.
Always Good Rentals reserves the right to refuse release of a motorcycle if requirements are not met.
12. Agreement Enforcement
Always Good Rentals reserves the right to terminate the rental without refund if the renter violates this agreement or engages in unsafe, illegal, or reckless conduct.
